Personally, I like jeans and work boots, a tool belt...no shirt...nicely muscled chest and arms (not TOO muscled), tight butt...Thighs you can sink your teeth into...Oops, getting carried away here.
Hey, four years of uniform pants at a Catholic school taught me that lesson :P Dress pants are pretty ;)
